FAULT REPORTING AND FAULT RESOLUTION

We have access to a panel of quality-checked and accredited tradespeople which provides a seamless link from your contacting us with problem to it being dealt with. Our out-of-hours service operates in the same way with a dedicated hot-line which sees your emergency immediately allocated to a contractor.

ACCESSING YOUR SERVICE CHARGE ACCOUNT 

Should you wish, you will be able to check you balance, track payments and raise enquiries online.

We now have in place a dedicated team managing budgets, service charges, invoicing and monitoring suppliers/contractors and credit control, ensuring you get full value for money for your service charges.

Peter Cobrin  is the director of LH, working with Fiona Williams, a highly experienced property manager, supported by Paul Cleaver, MD of Urang and Alison Mooney, MD of Westbury Residential and a back-office team covering accounts, technical and legal services and much more.

COMPANY SECRETARIAL DUTIES

As a limited company, every resident's management company must have a company secretary to act as its administrator and we are able to offer this service:

  • Filing the Annual Return for the Company

  • Issuing Share Certificates

  • Managing the appointment and resignation of directors

  • Keeping a record of officers, and acting as co-signature for contractual documents.

 

We can also offer our office address as the Registered Address for the company to ensure that all important documents are received by us and are acted upon promptly
